Spend 4 hours with our head baker learning how to make croissants, using equipment found in most kitchens. You will learn about the beurrage process (starting with what a beurrage is) right through to baking a batch of croissants. Leaving the class, you will have a recipe for a small batch, and croissants made by you in class.
Open to anyone who wants to learn, no experience is required!
